Aidan was proactive and enthusiastic from the start and my property was let on the first viewing. The energy and clear enjoyment in doing this job meant it was a pleasure to have him dealing with letting my property. There were several things that stood out in the service I received but the main one to point out would be working late to ensure my listing hit the websites that night rather than delaying another 24hrs and doing the next business day....I didn't instruct until nearly 5pm and within a few hours everything was done and uploaded and online creating interest. When you enjoy what you do it shows and that makes the difference. I have since recommended Aidan to several people and will be back when needing the letting service again.
